Always clean the attachment (light exit window with integrated filter and metal parts inside the
attachment) before use. Refer to "How to maintain the product" on page 14 for details.

Plug the connector of the power adapter into the power connector socket of the main body and
plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet.

Select the appropriate light intensity from the "Skin colors and characteristics" on page 9 (press
the power button briefly to change the level), and use the product while carefully observing
your skin condition and reaction.
*When you change the light intensity, the first flash will be at the previous intensity level. If you
want the first flash to be at the changed intensity, cover the area above and below the light exit
window with your fingers and release the first flash to the air (as shown in the figure on the
right).
*The way your skin feels and reacts may differ depending on your health
condition. Please be careful especially after getting tanned. (See page 5.)

Press and hold the power switch (2 seconds or more) to turn it on.
How to use

Choose the attachment that is suitable for the area to be treated.

Place the product at a 90° angle on the skin so that the attachment is
in contact with the skin vertically.
The READY light on the side of the product turns on to indicate that the product is getting ready
to release a flash. When the product is placed on the skin correctly and ready to release a flash,
the READY light starts blinking.
*The READY light will not blink unless the product is
placed on your skin properly.
*It may take 3 to 5 seconds between each flash.
*If the READY light is blinking but you cannot release
a flash by pressing the flash button, see page 15.
READY light
