Warranty Terms and Conditions

In case of product failure, the product will be repaired free of charge provided,
however, that it has been used correctly according to the instruction manual during its
warranty period.
Note: Make sure you save the warranty document as well as the invoice.
In a case where you purchased the product in a store, make sure you save the receipt
and the warranty document.
Note: For repairs free of charge, please bring the product (the main unit, the charging
stand, and the AC adapter) along with the warranty document to the dealer whom you
purchased the product, or contact the distributor and then send the product (the main
unit, the charging stand, and the AC adapter) along with the warranty document and a
note describing the failure content and your return address.
Please note that in the following cases the product will be repaired at your expense
even within the warranty period:

Failure or damage caused by improper use or failure to observe the instructions
described in this manual.

Failure or damage caused by improper repair or modification
③
Failure or damage occurred associated with transportation or drop after the
purchase of the product.
④
Failure or damage when used for any purpose other than for consumer use (e.g.
for professional use).

The warranty document is not presented.
⑥
The warranty has not been completed or any of its wording has been altered.
⑦
Failure or damage occurred on board (e.g. vehicle, vessel)

Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightening, and other force
majeure, and abnormal voltage and/or unspecified power supply (voltage, frequency)

Failure or damage caused due to improper servicing or modification by an
unauthorized person
This warranty is valid only in Japan.
As this warranty will not be reissued, please save this warranty document.
Repair will be provided free of charge under the warranty terms and conditions
within the warranty period.
Therefore, the right of the customer will not be restricted by this warranty. If you
have any questions about repairs after the warranty period has expired, please
contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product or the distributor.
For repairs after the warranty period has expired, please refer to “Aftersales
Service” (page 13).
