Make sure that all the necessary information including the date of purchase has
been filled out, and then keep the warranty document safe. The warranty period is
one year after the date of purchase.
Before requesting repair, please read this instruction manual carefully and
thoroughly, and then check the product again. In case of failure, please contact
the dealer from whom you purchased the product or the distributor.
For repairs, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product or the
distributor, to whom you are requested to send the product (the main unit, the
charging stand, and the AC adapter) along with the warranty document and a note
describing the failure content and your return address. Please note that the
customer is liable for the cost of repairs after the warranty has expired. The delivery
charge is to be covered by the customer as well. We ask for your understanding in
advance that in some cases the product cannot be repaired.
