Ethernet can not detect IP address or MAC address.

Possible causes for this issue include:
•
Home IP address setting need adjustment
•
Firmware is not the latest version
•
Ethernet board fails to work.
Resolution
•
Check the MAC address is started with 00:1F:B6.
•
Check if the firmware is the latest version.
•
Check the damage and contact Christie Technical Support.
Some configuration functions are not supported or not working.

Possible causes for this issue include:
•
The current firmware version is out-of-date.
Resolution
•
Record the firmware version and the
serial number at “Info” screen
.
•
Check if the firmware is the latest version. If not, update to the newest firmware version. Record all
image settings (RGB gains, RGB offsets, backlight, color temp, etc.) before update.
•
Reset to factory settings.

Execute troubleshooting steps in previous section.
2.
Record OSD settings then perform a factory reset.
3.
Swap the cable and source with another display.

If problems persist with external devices, plug them into different ports. The problem may be
poor inputs rather than the display itself. Replace the cables to make sure that is not the main
issue.

If problems following to the source, the source is the issue.
•
If problems following to the display, the display is the issue.
4.
Record the serial number and firmware revisions in Info screen.
5.
Record the information as much as can be about the installation (wiring diagram, sources etc.).
