Cleaning the Chill Station
Warning!
If
you
spill
water
into
the
cabinet
while
cleaning
the
Chill
Station,
you
could
receive
an
electrical
shock
resulting
in
injury
or
death.
To
prevent
receiving
an
electrical
shock
during
cleaning,
move
the
two
power
switches
on
the
back
of
the
Chill
Station
to
the
Off
position
and
disconnect
the
power
cord.
Avoid
spilling
water
into
the
cabinet.
There
are
three
elements
to
cleaning
the
Chill
Station:
1.
Cleaning
the
cabinet,
drip
trays,
and
cartridge
tray
(clean
as
required)
2.
Cleaning
the
water
delivery
system
(clean
every
3
months)
3.
Cleaning
the
syrup
delivery
system
(clean
every
3
months)
Cleaning
the
Cabinet,
Drip
Trays,
and
Cartridge
Tray
As
required,
wipe
the
cabinet’s
exterior
with
a
clean
cloth
dampened
with
water.
Remove
the
cup
drip
tray
by
lifting
it
out
and
cleaning
with
warm
water
and
mild
soap.
Remove
dust
from
the
coils
on
the
back
of
the
Chill
Station
using
a
soft
brush
or
a
vacuum
cleaner.
Follow
these
steps
to
clean
the
cartridge
tray
and
cartridge
drip
tray:
1.
Remove
the
syrup
cartridges
from
the
cartridge
tray.
2.
Remove
the
cartridge
tray
by
pushing
it
in
towards
the
back
of
the
compartment,
then
lifting
the
front
up
and
out.
3.
Wash
the
cartridge
tray
and
O
‐
rings
using
warm
water
and
a
mild
soap.
4.
Apply
a
thin
film
of
food
‐
grade
sanitary
lubricate
such
as
Haynes
Lubri
‐
Film
to
the
O
‐
rings.
5.
Use
a
clean
rag
moistened
with
water
to
wipe
syrup
out
of
the
cartridge
drip
tray.
6.
Reinstall
the
cartridge
tray
by
angling
the
back
edge
down
and
pushing
rearward
as
you
push
the
front
edge
downward
until
it
snaps
into
place.
7.
Reinstall
the
syrup
cartridges
in
the
cartridge
tray.
