ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS
REMOVAL OF THE SAW BLADE
1) Before you commence any work on the
Circular Saw, ensure that the Circular Saw
is turned off and unplugged from the power
outlet.
2) Wear protective gloves when installing a saw
blade. Contact with the saw blade can lead
to injuries.
3) To change the saw blade, it is best to place
the Circular Saw with the blade face pointing
upwards
4) Press the spindle lock (7) keeping it pressed
while turning the hexagon key in a clockwise
direction. Tilt the automatic blade safety guard
back and hold firmly. Remove the clamping
bolt, clamping flange (10) and the saw blade
from the saw spindle.

USING THE LASER GUIDE
IMPORTANT NOTE: Never stare
directly into the laser beam and
never point the beam at anybody.
The laser beam energy is extremely
harmful to your eyes.
1) The laser guide is for the purpose of
precision cutting. Make sure the batteries
are fitted in the laser guide before carrying
out precision cutting. To fit the batteries,
remove the battery storage cover, insert
2 x 1.5V AAA batteries( supplied) , then
assemble the cover.
NOTE: Ensure correct battery polarity.
2) To use the laser guide, simply push the
on/off switch to the on position, the laser
guide then projects a visible red line on the
workpiece surface, make your cut along the
red line.
NOTE: The sawdust may block the laser
beam, clean the laser generator periodically.
Switch off the laser when you stop the
machine, Switch off the laser when
machine stops.
Warning! Take out batteries if you
do not need to use the laser for a
long time.
Never stare directly into the laser
beam and never point the beam at
anybody.
MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING
Before any work commences on the Circular
Saw, ensure that it is unplugged from the
power outlet.
For optimum use, regularly check to see if any
dust or foreign matter has entered the
ventilations slots near the motor and around
the on/off switch. Use a soft
brush if required. Wear safety glasses to
protect your eyes whilst cleaning.
If the body of the tool needs cleaning, wipe it
with a soft damp cloth. A mild detergent can
be used but not alcohol, petrol or other
cleaning agents.
Never use caustic agents to clean plastic parts.
Lubricate all moving parts at regular intervals.

MOUNTING THE SAW BLADE
1) Clean the saw blade and all clamping parts
to be assembled.
2) Pull the automatic blade safety guard
backwards and hold firmly.
3) Place the saw blade on to the mounting flange.
The cutting direction of the teeth (direction of
arrow on saw blade) and the direction of
rotation arrow on the blade guard must
correspond.
4) Mount the clamping washer and screw in the
clamping bolt. Observe correct mounting
position of the mounting flan and clamping bolt.
5) Press the spindle lock and keep it pressed.
6) With the hexagon key, tighten the clamping bolt
firmly by turning in a counterclockwise direction.
