Insert the dispensing unit (3) as before into the
appliance.
Pay attention not to bend the connection hose.
Press down the lever of the top-mounted tap.
Close the lid (1) of the appliance.
Draw beer with the dispensing tap handle (4) (fig. 6).
Cleaning and care
Clean the dispenser each time the beer keg is replaced. Clean the dispenser well to avoid negatively
affecting the taste of the beer.
Never use abrasive scouring pads or cleaning pads to clean any part of the dispenser. Do not use
abrasive cleansers such as acetone, petrol, thinner, vinegar or similar cleansers.
Prior to cleaning, switch off the dispenser and disconnect the power plug (14).
Wipe the dispenser off with a slightly damp cloth. If necessary, use a little washing up liquid.
Never pour water into the cooling chamber (18). This could damage the dispenser.
Cleaning the drip tray and lines
Clean the drip tray (9) and drip tray cover (8) after each use. Wash
it out with warm water and if necessary, a little washing up liquid.
The hose in the dispensing tap should also be cleaned after each
use. To do this, pull the bottom part of the dispensing tap down to
take it off. Then pull the hose out of the dispensing tap (fig. 12).
Wash the dispensing hose and the bottom part of the dispensing
tap with hot water.
Reassemble both parts after cleaning
In order to thoroughly clean the dispensing hose, use the cleaning pump (25).
To do this, secure the dispensing hose to the cleaning pump (25). Hold the dispensing hose end of
the cleaning pump (25) in a container filled with warm water and pump water through the hose
using the balloon. Squeeze the cleaning pump (25) vigorously and repeatedly to thoroughly clean
out the dispensing hose.
Please note:
Use a little washing up liquid to clean the dispensing hose. Then rinse the dispensing
hose with warm water to remove any washing up liquid residues.
Reassemble the dispensing hose and the bottom part of the dispensing tap.
