2.10.6 Preparing and Connecting a Cat5E Cable
6 Take the Cat5E cable and strip off about 70mm of the outer insulation
jacket.
7 Strip off about 15mm of the inner insulation jacket.
8 Release the gland cap slightly.
9 Insert the Cat5 cable into the Cable gland.
10 Insert the Cat5 plug boot into the cable with its face up.
11 Roll back the foil shield insulation and wrap the drain wire around the foil.
Do not remove any insulation from the conductors.
