In the case of a breakdown contact our Area Agent who will advise you on the problem and give
you the necessary instructions on how to dispatch the tool to our nearest service Centre; if possible,
attach a copy of the Test Certificate supplied by
Cembre
together with the tool or fill in and attach
the form available in the “ASSISTANCE” section of the
Cembre
website.

4.1.2) Upper blade
– Release latch (16) and open the head.
– Remove the circlip (05) and extract the head pivot (08), enough to release the tool head assembly.
– Remove circlip (30) and pivot (31), to release the latch (16). Remove latch spring (15) from the
right hand guide (14).
– Unscrew the 4 screws (09), remove the left hand guide (11), the right hand guide (14) and release
the blade (12).
– Fit the left and right hand guides to the new blade. Place the spring (15) into its seat and re-fit
the latch (16).
– Fit the blade assembly to the head (06), fully insert the pivot (08) and secure with the circlip (05).
