P0...P3 belong to module 0 and the ports 4...7 to module 1

When using the local logic in the device, the full functionality of the inputs and
outputs cannot be used. Due to the performance only ports 4-7 are to be used as
outputs. So always a pin of module 1 (port 4...7) must be selected as output.
