Adjustment of replenishment pump gears
If a pump gear is not properly engaged with its associated drive gear, the posi-
tion of the gear on the shaft can be lowered or raised by adjusting the number
of spacers below the pump gear. Spacers may be reused, as they are not sub-
ject to wear.

Refer to chapter 3, ‘Cleaning’, to know how to locate and access the replenishment
pumps.

Unfasten the replenishment pump by loosening the two wing nuts, and then pull
the pump out.

By prying it off, remove the snap ring that holds the pump gear onto the pump
shaft.
