USE
Handling: the jack has a wheel locking system. Wheel movement is controlled by the lever (A), lowering and
lifting them.
DWG. 4
Residual pressure inside the wheel locking system tank can be seen on the gauge (B) by the side of the lever.
2. Position the jack under the supports as described in the manual of the vehicle. the manufacturing
company is not responsible for any break or damage to the lifted vehicle or to persons or property due
to an incorrect use of the jack.
3. Quick Lifting: pressing the green key (C) the pistons move quickly up into contact with the load to lift
using only the pressure of the air to do so.
DWG. 4
4. Lifting: pressing the red key (D) the motor starts and the jack lifts the load.
5. Millimetric Lifting: the jack has a speed variator (F) that, if activated with selector G, allows the load to be
lifted at a slower or quicker speed depending on the adjustment.
6. Quick Lowering: pressing the black key (E), on the control unit, the pistons retract and the load lowers.
7. Millimetric Lowering: pressing the black key (H) on the side of the control unit, the load lowers very slowly.
8. The jack has a pressure gauge for measuring the air let in from the quick coupling (I).
9. Remote Control: normal lifting and quick lowering can be manoeuvred by means of a remote control.
DWG. 5
9.1 Power the circuit by means of the quick coupling (1) on the remote control.
9.2 Pressing the red key (2) the jack lifts the load.
9.3 Pressing the black key (3) the load lowers.
REMEMBER THAT THE JACK IS A LIFTING DEVICE AND NOT A SUPPORTING DEVICE!!
- The operator’s employer will have to provide the necessary training and furnish the necessary
information about the pumping and shifting forces.
- Before working with the jack, it is advisable to perform a few operations with no load in order to acquire the
sensitivity necessary to work safely with the jack.
