unit from the following list

1) Motor and gear tolerance may cause functional variation
- possibly adjustment at the factory required.
- Uncouple drive units of both wire feed motors (e.g. welding
torch and wire feeder) - wire feed motors must be unloaded
PushPull Unit
The PushPull unit must be adjusted prior to each initial start-up.
In case no adjustment is made the standard parameters will be
used - which may result in that the weld result is not satisfactory.
- Select the function „PPU“ in the second menu level (2nd).
- Uncouple drive units of both wire feed motors
- Feed in the welding wire in the drive units of both wire feed
(e.g. welding torch and wire feeder)
Caution! Hold welding torch such that it is directed away
from the body - hazard from welding wire coming out.
- Press torch key
Wire feed motors are adjusted when in loaded condition; in
the meantime the right-hand display reads „run“
- Adjustment of the PushPull unit is successfully completed if
the displays read „PPU“ and the value adjusted, e.g. „5“
- As soon as the adjustment in unloaded condition is comple-
te, the display will read „St2“
- Press the MEM button twice to exit the Setup menu

- Press torch key
The wire feed motors are adjusted when in unloaded condition;
in the meantime the right-hand display will read „run“.
