Housing base

Wipe the housing with a soft cloth and a bit of soapy water.

Dry completely and store, as you would like other sharp knives,
keep out of reach for children.

► Pull the plug before cleaning parts of the device. Always leave it unplugged.

Troubleshooting
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to operating the device.
Observe the following notices to avoid dangers and damages:
17.1 Cause and Action
In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the cause of the
fault.

Device is not working
Power plug is not plugged in Plug in mains plug!
Defective power cable or

Defective electrical socket Select another electrical socket
Odor during first use The motor will need some
time to running in for first
use. The odor will disappear
after the device works for a
while. Let the device run for 2 minutes
and let it cool down after this.
Device suddenly stops Ingredients were pushed
down with pusher too hard Push down the ingredients with
the pusher more carefully.
The drum is blocked Turn off the device, unplug
and disassemble. Remove the blockage. Be
carefully with the sharp drums.
The device is hot Device was used too long or
overloaded Turn off the device pull the plug
and let it cool down. The device
is not intended for permanent
use. Do not use it for more than
5 minutes without a break.
