10-5. Affixing the Plastic sheets on the Battery Pack

Completed image of affixing the

plastic sheets

Affixing standard: Align the sheet with the rating plates.

* The sheet should not stick out from the rating plates.

Affixing standard:

Center of the groove.

Pay attention to the vertical direction of the sheets <on both sides>.

Bend the sheets as shown in the figure, and affix

them tightly <same on the other side>.

Do not cover the terminals.

Affixing standard:

Where the upper and the lower case join together <same on the other side>.

Battery

The thick part of the sheet should stay within the horizontal length of

the battery pack.
