Water is too hot or too cold to operate

Chlorine is being produced

Super Chlorinate

Super Chlorinate—Chlorine generation is at 100%

regardless of "Desired Output" setting.

Remote Controlled  Remote Control is in Service or Time‐Out mode—

the SANICLEARSANICLEAR system switch and dial

No Flow

The CGS System is temporarily paused after the
flow is established.

Water is NOT flowing through the

SANICLEARSANICLEAR system cell— Chlorine

generation is halted.

Check Salt

Salt is below 2600 ppm. SANICLEARSANICLEAR

system is working at reduced efficiency. Check

SANICLEARSANICLEAR system cell and clean if

necessary. If problem persists, have the salt level

professionally tested before adding salt to the

pool.

Salt is below 2300 ppm. Chlorine generation is

halted. Check SANICLEAR system cell and clean if

necessary. If problem persists, have the salt level

professionally tested before adding salt to the pool.

High Salt

Salt concentrations above 3800 ppm: everything is

working well for the moment but the production of

chlorine could halt if the temperature rises.

Cell current too High. Chlorine generation is halted.

See operation manual for directions on decreasing

salt level.

Inspect Cell

Reduced SANICLEAR system cell efficiency or

scheduled 3 month cell inspection time. Inspect

SANICLEAR system cell and clean if necessary, and

press display button for 3 seconds to turn off

flashing indicator.

SANICLEAR system cell efficiency greatly reduced.

Inspect SANICLEAR system cell and clean if necessary. If

SANICLEAR system cell is clean it may be at the end of

its life and needs to be replaced.

Inspect SANICLEAR system cell every 3 months/clean if necessary
