10 Water and Dust Protection Unit
After installing all of the necessary connections at the control unit and
the covers of the not used connections with the appropriate
accessories (contained in delivery) the control unit is protected from
water and dust at each time in accordance to the degree of protection
of enclosure IP65.
Owing to the conditions during the operation of direct print modules of
this construction type the print mechanics cannot be protected at the
time of printing completely from ingress of water.
However it is possibly by means of the special
Cleaning Cassette
(contained in delivery) to protect the print mechanics according to the
degree of protection of enclosure IP65 during standstill times of
machinery from ingress of water and dust.
