• Drive vehicle and turn steering
wheel right and left for firm
steering operation.
• Check tire pressure and groove
depth.
• Check tire/wheel for crack,
damage, and partial wear.
• Check tire groove for foreign
objects such as metal fragments
and gravel.
• Check wheel bolt/hub nut for
looseness or missing parts.
• Check wheel bearing for looseness,
abnormal noise and overheat.
• Drive vehicle and operate brake
pedal and parking brake. Check the
operation.
• Check brake pedal free play.
• Check rod/link/wires for damage
and looseness at connection.
• Repeatedly operate brake and
check connection for looseness and
missing split pins.
• Check body and cover for crack,
deformation, and loose/missing
bolt/nut.
• Operate light switch and check
headlamp operation.
• Check lamp for lens damage or
water intrusion.
Proper steering.
Within criterion.
No crack, damage, or
partial wear.
No foreign object.
No looseness or missing
parts.
No looseness, abnormal
