The remote control (RC) display
shows „no connection“

Possible Cause
1. Subwoofer (sub) not switched on
2. Distance between sub and RC too great
3. Batteries (almost) empty
4. Sub switched on via emergency operation
while RC was activated
5. Sub or RC processor has crashed
1. Sub processor crashed when switching off
1. I2C switched off (I2C OFF)
2. RC processor has crashed
1. Batteries are empty
1. Volume set to 0 or very quiet or „mute“ has
been pressed
2. Wrong input selected
1. Slide switch on sub wrongly set

Troubleshooting and Optimization
Corrective Measures
1. Connect the sub to the mains and turn the power
switch to ON
2. Reduce the distance to the sub
3. Change the batteries
4. Deactivate the sub via emergency operation
5. Switch off sub at mains for 10 sec or remove batteries
from RC for min. 10 sec
1. Disconnect sub from mains for 10 sec
1. Switch off sub for 10 sec
2. Remove batteries from RC for 10 sec
1. Replace batteries
1. Turn up the volume
2. Select the input that matches up with the source
1. Shift slide switch position
1. Ensure that your source is connected via the digital
audio output
1. Connect the satellites in accordance with instructions
(p. 42)
1. Switch over satellites and/or rectify connection
