"Connection failed 5" Message
Cause 1
Connection confirmation signal processing failed.
Solution 1:
Enable the UPnP

service in your firewall settings.

Solution 2:
Change the firewall settings to allow the program for wireless connections
(CALWLESS.exe) to communicate with the camera through the firewall. See

Cause 2
Unable to connect within the time limit owing to a problem with the
wireless network environment or the computer (30-second timeout).
Solution 1:
Change the camera's orientation.
Solution 2:
Bring the camera near the wireless LAN router or other access point device.
Solution 3:
Change the channel of the wireless LAN router or other access point device.
Solution 4:

onfirm that the target device's (computer's) wireless networking function is
operating correctly.

Cause
IP address duplicated.
Solution 1:
Power the camera off and on again and try to reconnect.
Solution 2:
If a fixed IP address has been assigned, change the assignment.
