Follow the procedure below to change the user's name or fax/telephone number.

Start up Speed Dial Utility2.

2. Select a printer from

Printer Name:

list box, and then click

Display Printer Settings

User Information Setting

The user's information is displayed.

4. Select an item to change, and then click

Edit...

The

User Information

dialog is displayed.

5. Enter new user's name on

User Name

and new fax/telephone number in

TEL Number

and then click

• To save the edited information on the computer:

Save to PC...

2. Enter file name on displayed screen, and then click

Save

• To register the edited information to the printer:

1. Click

Register to Printer

2. When message appears, check it and click

The information is registered to the printer.
