Menu Settings Summary Tables
The menus provide the functions listed and described in the tables below.
Settings marked with an asterisk (*) in the tables are the initial or default
values.

Enables or disables the display
warnings.
Drying Time
None, Standard*, Longer, Longest
Adjusts the time interval between
printed sheets ejected from the
printer to allow more time for the
ink to dry.
Language

Nl, Fi
Selects the language for the printer
operational panel menus and
messages.
Adjust Printer
Adj. Printhead
Print Pattern
Adj. Setting A, Adj. Setting B,
Adj. Setting C, Adj. Setting D,
Adj. Setting E, Adj. Setting F
Adjusts the position of the
printhead. First the pattern is
printed, then the adjustments for A
to F are performed as needed, based
on the results of the pattern.
Band Adjust
Print Pattern
Adj. Setting G
Adjusts to correct banding in printed
images. First the pattern is printed
then the G setting is performed,
based on the results of the pattern.
LF Adjust
Cassette 1
: -20 ~ 0* ~ +20
Cassette 2
: -20 ~ 0* ~ +20
Cassette 3
: -20 ~ 0* ~ +20
Use this menu to adjust the amount
of feed. The setting can be
performed for each cassette.
If the printed image has white lines,
enter a plus (+) value, or if the image
has overlapping lines, enter a minus
(-) value.

Centronics*, USB
Allows selection Centronics for a
parallel interface connection or USB
for a USB connection.
Set Centronics
Trans. Speed
High Speed*, Medium Speed,
Low Speed
Allow selections for speed and
format of bi-directional printing. A
hard reset must be performed on the
printer to enable these settings.
