Scan Screen
Special Features Screen
Use the Scan screen and Special Features screen to
set Scan Settings for the Mail Box function. For more
information, See e-Manual > Mail Box.
Document Select screen
Document Size Select
Press to select the size of the original document to scan.

Copy Ratio
Press to reduce or enlarge the copy size.

1:1
Press to return the copy ratio to 100%.

Different Size Originals
Press to scan different size originals.
Booklet Scanning
Press to scan originals in such a way that, when printing the
scanned data, the output paper can be made into a booklet.
2-Page Separation
Press to scan facing pages of an opened book onto separate
sheets.

Press to select whether to scan the original in colour or black-
and white. You can also select to automatically detect whether the
original is in colour or black-and-white.
