What You Can Do with This Machine (Address Book/Send Basic Features Screen)
To Automatically Forward Received Faxes/I-faxes
By simply turning on forwarding conditions set in advance to
‘On’, received faxes/I-faxes can be automatically forwarded to
the specified fax number.
Press [Forwarding Settings] from
System Settings on the Additional
Functions screen.

Set the forwarding Conditions
press [Validate/Invalidate].

To Enable Forwarding Conditions
Press [Forwarding
Settings] from System
Settings on the Additional
Functions screen.
Press [Register].
Set the forwarding
conditions
press [OK].
Make sure to register the
destination for forwarding
faxes/I-faxes to in the
address book.
