GPR-55 Color Toner is available in two capacities, regular and low
capacity (approximately 43% of the regular toner bottle capacity).
•
The regular capacity toner bottle has a higher yield, a higher cost
and a lower cost per copy.
•
The low capacity toner bottle has a lower yield, a lower cost and
a higher cost per copy.
The servicing dealer can use the regular and low capacity toner bottles
to suit the print volume and print environment of customers. The
Service Revenue/Profit Calculator references both toner bottle
capacities and is available to determine how best to incorporate the
regular and low capacity toner bottles.

These models contain logic (a default setting) to help the dealer control
costs by only allowing a toner bottle to be replaced by the end-user
customer when approximately 5% of its content remains. However,
this can be disabled in Service Mode thereby allowing replacement of
a bottle at any time by the end-user customer. Please see the Service
Manual for details.
