b. Remote Diagnostic System Plug-in
The optional RDS
Plug-In for the imageWARE Enterprise
Management Console retrieves meter and service information from up
to 1,000 Canon printers, Canon multifunction devices and third-party
devices using the standard printer MIB (Management Information
Base). The RDS Plug-In transmits the collected data directly to the
UGW.
Note: eRDS-capable devices can also be monitored using the RDS
Plug-in.
2. Optional Integration Applications
Optional integration applications are available to automatically download
meter and service alert data to your dealership’s back-end device

3. UGW SnapShot
The UGW SnapShot tool consolidates commonly used data from the UGW
into a format accessible from an Internet capable device (mobile phone,
tablet, or a personal computer).
Service technicians can use this tool to check device status prior to a
service call.

4. Device Management Tool
The Device Management Tool is a Web application that can be used to
register, manage, and unregister individual or multiple devices in the UGW.
The Device Management Tool can create customer profiles, contract
information, and associate devices with a customer.
5. Dealer Dashboard
The Dealer Dashboard displays key device and user activity for the
Remote Services tools. The information helps our Service Partners monitor
the devices in a fleet (including total registered devices, actively reporting
devices, not reporting devices, and devices without a COM TEST) and the
user status (including active and inactive users, and remote services tool
activity). The Dealer Dashboard includes an option to send regular reports
