Clearing Paper Jams

Grip the green lever, and pull out the fixing unit (Unit 1) and 
duplexing unit (Unit 2).

NOTE

 

The fixing unit and duplexing unit are pulled out together.

Turn the upper green knob on the fixing unit in the direction of 
the arrow (counterclockwise), and remove any jammed paper.

CAUTION

 

The fixing unit and its surroundings are subject to high-temperatures. 
When removing jammed paper, take care not to touch anything in this area, 
except the jammed paper and the green knob.
