IMPORTANT
When printing on special types of paper, such as heavyweight paper or transparencies,
be sure to set the correct paper type, especially if you are using heavyweight paper. If the
paper type is not set correctly, it could adversely affect the quality of the image.
Moreover, the fixing unit may become dirty and require a service repair, or the paper
could jam.
NOTE
•
<Transparency> can be selected only if <A4> is selected as the paper size.
•
If you select <Transparency> or <Labels>, you cannot use the Staple, Collate,
or Collate mode.
•
If a paper type other than <Plain> is selected, the icon of the selected paper source is
marked with an asterisk (
*
).
•

NOTE
If the Paper Select menu does not appear, press
(Paper Select) to display the menu.

To cancel all settings and return the machine to the Standby display, press
(Reset).

the screen on the left will not appear.
