Entering a User ID and Password
If User ID Management in System Settings (from the Additional Functions menu) is
set to ‘On’, and User IDs and passwords are registered in the machine, you must
enter a User ID and password before using the machine.
IMPORTANT
•
The User ID Management function is available only when the optional Network Kit is
attached to the machine.
•
To log in to the machine, User IDs and passwords must be registered in the machine
from the Remote UI beforehand. For instructions on registering a User ID and password,
see the
Remote UI Guide .

If a password has been set for the User ID:

If no password has been set for the User ID:
