S queeze the lever on the s ide g uide. Without relea s in g the lever,
s lide the s ide g uide leftward or ri g htward to ali g n it with the mark
for the de s ired paper s ize.

S queeze the lever on the front g uide. Without relea s in g the lever,
s lide the front g uide backward or forward to ali g n it with the mark
for the de s ired paper s ize.
IMPORTANT
Adjust the guides correctly. Failure to do so may cause paper jams or dirty prints, or
make the inside of the machine dirty.
IMPORTANT
•
Rolled or curled paper must be straightened out prior to use.
•
Make sure that the height of the paper stack does not exceed the loading limit marks
(
) both on the left and back sides of the slide guides.
•
Make sure that the paper size setting of the paper drawer matches the size of the
paper that is being loaded.

Load the appropriate s ize of
paper into the paper drawer.
CAUTION
Take care not to cut your hand s on
the ed g e s of the paper when
loadin g it into the machine.
