Managing Copy, Send, and Fax Jobs

Click [Job Status] 

➞

 select the job type from the menu that 

appears under [Job Status].

If a dialog box prompting you to enter the user name and password appears, 
enter the Department ID and password 

➞

 click [OK].

The example above shows [Copy Job] being selected.

The list of jobs for the selected job type is displayed.
