When the stapler motor was rotated clockwise, the sensor did
not turn on 0.5 sec after it had turned off; in addition, the
sensor turned on within 0.5 sec when the staple motor was
rotated counterclockwise. (If the sensor remains off 0.5 sec
after the motor was rotated counterclockwise, an error will be
identified.)
