Print head is
not attached
Attach the print head. If the print head is attached, remove the print
head, make sure that the contact sections are clean, and then reattach
the print head.

Time Out is activated
during
communication with
the digital camera
OR
A message, to the
effect that the main
unit does not support
the digital camera,
is sent
Remove the connected cable to reset the error. Reconnect the cable to the
digital camera, and then start printing. For instructions on printing from a
digital camera, see the user’s guide that came with the digital camera.

Error occurred
in printer
Press the
Cancel
button to stop printing, turn off the printer, wait awhile,
and then turn on the power again. If the condition does not improve,
contact the Canon Customer Care Center.

Photo cannot be read
from memory card
(indicator lamp does
not go on)
Properly set a memory card that can be used. See “Using the Memory
Card Utility” on page 36.
If a memory card is already set, eject the card, set it again, and check
that the indicator lamp goes on.
If the error is not corrected by the above procedure, turn off the printer,
unplug the power cord, and then turn on the power again.
