Remove funnel and replace float into top of bath. The CAV 4.1 bath is now filled.
Drain the Bath
It may be necessary to periodically drain the bath. Follow the instructions in this section and use caution
to avoid exposure to hot bath fluid.
1.
Turn off power to the CAV 4.1 instrument and allow bath to cool to room temperature.
Warning:
When working with the bath in any capacity, and especially when
emptying the fluid, make sure the bath is completely cooled
(ambient temperature) prior to working or emptying bath fluid.

Lift the CAV 4.1 hood to access the bath. It flips up, as shown in Figure 9.
