To remove the door simply :

. lift the hooks free of the hinges (photo 2)
. pull the door upwards, partially closing it
again until it can be lifted off.
When refitting, make sure that you re-position the hinges
correctly ; a notch located on the hinges (photo 3) enables
you to fit them correctly.
Re-fit the door by positioning the hooks on the hinges in
their original position as shown in photo 1.
