ADDING CORNER BRACES (E)
Ensure that the bump of the corner brace is set
towards the bottom of the dock. This ensures the
drain is oriented towards the bottom of the deck.

Using a 9/16” ratchet, tighten all 3/8” x 3-½” Carriage Bolts (F) and 3/8” K-Locknuts (E) on all square tubing. Using 7/16” ratchet, tighten all
1/4” x 3/4” Hex Cap Screws (H) and 1/4” K-locknuts (G) on corner braces (See image A above). Using a 7/16” ratchet, tighten all 1/4” x 3/4” Hex
Cap and 1/4” K-Locknuts (See image B above).
Using a 7/16” ratchet, tighten all 1/4” x 3/4” Hex Cap and 1/4”
K-Locknuts (See image above).

For 4’x8’ Docks add Corner Braces (D) on a 45˚ angle
between Truss (A) and Truss (B). For 8x8 Docks add Corner
Braces (D) on a 45˚ angle between Truss (B) and Truss (B).
Insert 1/4” x 3/4” Hex Cap Screw (H) into existing holes and tighten with 1/4” K-locknut (G). Hand tighten only.
Do this for all 4 Corner Braces(D).
