A break-in period of 10 operating
hours is required before running the
vehicle at sustained full throttle.
After the break-in period, the vehicle
should be inspected by an authorized
Can-Am Off-road dealer, repair shop
or person of your own choosing. Refer

During the break-in period:

Avoid full throttle operation.
– Maximum throttle should not ex-
ceed 3/4.
– Avoid sustained accelerations.
– Avoid prolonged cruising speeds.
– Avoid engine overheating.
However, brief accelerations and
speed variations contribute to a good
break-in.

A new belt requires a break-in period
of 50 km (30 mi).
During the break-in period:

Avoid strong accelerations and
decelerations
– Avoid pulling a load
– Avoid high speed cruising.
