Battery for digital thermometer
(Attitude 2100 EX model)
The digital thermometer is powered by 2 LR06/AA 1.5V
batteries.
Total voltage input : 3 Vdc
Inserting the batteries:
1. Unscrew the plastic screw under the thermometer (Fig. 4A).
2. Insert a screwdriver or a pointed tool into the slot under
the thermometer casing and push the thermometer
toward you (Fig. 4B).
3. Disconnect the sensor wires (Fig. 4C).
4. Open the flap on the back of the thermometer (Fig. 4D).
5. Insert 2 AA batteries, which you will find in your product
box, according to the polarities indicated (Fig. 4E).
6. Put the flap back in place. (Fig. 4E)
7. Reconnect the sensor wires (Fig. 4F).
8. Put the thermometer back in its casing (Fig. 4G).
9. Tighten the plastic screw (Fig. 4H).
Important:
For your convenience the applicable batteries have been
included in the package.
When replacing them, to maintain the performance of
your device, always use alkaline batteries of the same
brand and type.
Caution:
Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not
mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable
batteries. Result could lead to over-heated circuit and
damage to the thermometer.
Caution:
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be
recharged.
Caution:
the supply terminals are not to be short-
circuited.
The liquid of the batteries should not be swallowed
or come into contact with the eyes. Contact a doctor
immediately if this is the case.
If the grill is not used over an extended period of time, it is
highly recommended to remove the batteries from the grill
and store them separately in a dry and cool place.
c) GAS CYLINDER
This device can be used with Campingaz 904 or 907
butane tanks and the 28-30 mbar Campingaz regulator
model.
It can also be used with other larger butane or propane
tanks (6 kg, 9 kg, 11 kg, 13 kg, etc.) and the appropriate
regulators (consult your dealer)

- The unit must be used with a flexible hose that meets
the XPD-36-110 standards: a flexible hose that is to be
fitted on rounded end-pieces on the side of the unit and
the regulator, immobilized with clamps. Recommended
length 1.25 m.

- Hose length should not exceed 1.25 meters and should
be changed whenever it is damaged or cracked. Do not
pull or pierce the hose. Keep away from any parts of the
barbecue that get hot.
- slide the flexible hose onto the ringed tailpiece on both
the barbecue and regulator as far as it will go.
- slide the collars behind the two first bosses on the
tailpieces and tighten them until the tightening head
breaks.
- Check for leaks following the instructions in paragraph
f).

The barbecue is equipped with a circular connector.
It should be used with flexible hose (hose supplied
according to country) that is suitable for use with butane
and propane gas. Hose length should not exceed 1.20
metre. It should be replaced if it is damaged or cracked,
when required by national regulations or at the end of the
part lifecycle. Do not pull or pierce the hose.
Keep away from any parts of the barbecue that get hot.
Check that the flexible hose stretches out normally,
without twisting or pulling.
Check for leaks following the instructions in paragraph f.
e) LID
Handle the lid carefully, especially during operation. Do
not lean over the base.
f) CHECKING FOR GAS LEAKS
1) Work outside, away from all sources of ignition. Do not
smoke.
2) Make sure the control knobs are in the “off” (

position.
3) Connect the hose according to d) above.
4) Fit the regulator onto the gas cylinder in accordance
