4. Align the UT10 so the openings in the mounting feet are running East-
West. Align the hole in the bottom of each mounting foot with one of the
j-bolts in the concrete base. Slide the UT10 onto the j-bolts.
5. Place a 5/8 in flat washer, a 5/8 in split washer, and 5/8 in nut on each j-
bolt. Do not tighten the nut (FIGURE 2-6).
