2 - SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

2.2 Use

The tool shall be used for the purposes described in par. ‘Product Description’ only. Other uses could cause injuries and/
or damages.

Before using the battery (2) for the first time in the work season, make a complete recharge cycle.

Do not leave the tool in the rain. Keep it in a dry place.

Do not leave the battery (2) under the sun rays or close to microwave sources. Do not subject it to hits or high pressures.

Do not put it into the water or leave it in a humid place. Keep it away from heat sources (>60°C) and from flammable

Only use the battery (2) supplied by CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. Others could cause serious damages to the tool and injuries to
the user.

Never open the battery (2) and the battery-charger (3). Do not use them in case of faults. Take them to an authorized

3.1 Product identification

The tool identification details are indicated on the battery-charger (3) and in the CE compliance certificate in this manual.

3.2 Product description

The power units Energy 12-6 operate the electro-mechanical, harvesting tools. They are fitted with a battery (2), a battery
charger (3), a backpack (4) and a connecting cable (1).
Two versions are available: Energy 6, with 12 V battery, 240 W, and Energy 12, with 12 V battery, 480 W
The battery voltage (Ampere/hour) determines the work duration only.
The power supplying unit is fitted with a battery (2) with Lithium cells, operating the whole tool. An electronic card in the battery
controls the battery status (charged/flat) in order to improve performance and quality.
The battery is located in a shell (picture A) and is hooked to a backpack with shoulder straps (4), worn by the operator. A quick-
hooking belt system allows to replace the battery in a fast and easy way when it is flat. The battery-charger (3) allows to
recharge the battery in about 10 hours. An optional battery & battery-charger kit is available to double the tool autonomy.

 IMPORTANT

The best battery autonomy performance can be reached after the first 20 working hours.

 WARNING!

Please mind the tool was created for the aim indicated in this manual.
