Read all instructions before beginning to assemble the fire pit.
Philip’s screwdriver required.
Assembly is easier with two people.
Lay top assembly upside down on a clean surface. (Use a
blanket or towel to avoid scratching)
Locate the two side panels of the fire pit. The hole in the side
panel needs to be positioned closest to the front(knob side) and
the bottom(what will become the base of the fire pit). Correct
alignment is crucial at this point as the holes will not line-up
in the following steps. (Fig 1.)
Install side panel as shown using QTY 3 #10 screws. Do not
tighten the screws all the way at this point.
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING TO ASSEMBLE THE FIREPIT.
PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER REQUIRED.
ASSEMBLY IS EASIER WITH TWO PEOPLE.
LAY TOP ASSEMBLY UPSIDE DOWN ON CLEAN SURFACE AS SHOWN
INSTALL SIDE PANEL AS SHOWN USING QTY 3 #10 SCREWS.
DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS ALL THE WAY AT THIS POINT.
Flanged side closest to the front
of the fire table. (Knob side)
Note: This assembly is easier using two people to help hold the
parts.
Install back panel as shown using QTY 3 #10 screws. Do not
tighten the screws all the way at this point.
NOTE: THIS ASSEMBLY IS EASIER USING TWO PEOPLE TO HELP HOLD THE PARTS.
INSTALL BACK PANEL AS SHOWN USING QTY 3 #10 SCREWS.
DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS ALL THE WAY AT THIS POINT.
Install side panel as shown using QTY 4 #10 screws. Do not
tighten the screws all the way at this point.
Starting with the rear panel make sure the outside surfaces
of the panels are flush with the outside panels of the bottom
assembly and tighten the screws.
Install center panel as shown using QTY 2 #10 screws. Do not
tighten screws all the way at this point. Note: Cutout for the
tank should face the front as shown.
INSTALL CENTER PANEL AS SHOWN USING QTY 2 #10 SCREWS.
DO NOT TIGHTEN THE SCREWS ALL THE WAY AT THIS POINT.
Install bottom assembly as shown using QTY 10 #10 screws.
Note: Use a long Phillips screwdriver to reach through the
access holes in the bottom assembly. You will need to reach
through the large holes in the bottom to get the screws started.
