(H) Clean Condenser Reminder -

Your unit comes with a clean condenser

reminder light, located next to the up and down

arrow temperature control buttons. The most

important thing you can do to insure a long,

reliable service life for your Air Curtain Ultra

is to regularly clean the condenser coil.

The condensing unit requires regularly scheduled

cleaning to keep the finned condenser clean of

lint and dust accumulation. Keeping the condenser

clean allows the unit to operate efficiently,

use less energy and achieve top performance

values. The clean condenser light will illuminate

approximately every 60 days of run time to remind

you its time to care for your unit and

clean the condenser coil. Reset the clean

condenser timer by pressing the clean condenser

button.

Refer to the “

General cleaning and maintenance

section of this manual for proper cleaning

instructions.

Every “event” or time the unit is used with the

door open, the coil will build-up ice, reducing the

effectiveness of the overall operation of the unit.

Defrost feature allows proper defrosting of the

accumulated condensation and ice build-up on

the coil. Check water pan for a higher water level

which indicates a successful defrost of the coil.

Certain conditions may require

3 repeated sequential defrosts.
