Procedure to test AC power levels
Procedure to replace AC power cover plates
Step Action
1.
Set main power to the cabinet to ON.
2.
At the AC Load Center, set the Main breaker to ON.
3.
Using a volt meter test between L1 and neutral.
a. place one lead on L1
b. place the other lead on neutral
c. verify that the volt meter reads between 110 and 120 VAC
4.
Using a volt meter test between L2 and neutral.
a. place one lead on L2
b. place the other lead on the neutral
c. verify that the volt meter reads between 110 and 120 VAC
5.
Using a volt meter test between L1 and L2.
a. place one lead on L1
b. place the other lead on L2
c. verify that the volt meter reads between 220 and 240 VAC
6.
At the AC Load Center, set all breakers, except the rectifier breakers, to ON.
Step Action
1.
In the front equipment compartment, re-attach the AC load center front
panel.
2.
In the side splice compartment, re-attach the AC cover plate over the AC
entry tray.
