MANUAL
Below the descriptions of the features/options of the HPG 440BT, hereafter called “device”..The
numbers between the “(...)” refer to the key or connections on the device. The illustrations can be
found in the front of this manual.
Power On/Off:
Long-press the Power button to turn the speaker on, short-press the Power button to turn the
speaker off.
Bluetooth streaming function:
• Press the Power On/Off button (8) to turn the speaker on. The speaker will make a tone, the
Power button turns blue and will blink quickly.
• The speaker enters bluetooth streaming function mode automatically.
• Activate la bluetooth function on your mobile phone and search for device name
“
Elegance
” then connect it. The power button will stop blinking and make a tone once connected.
• Play the music from your mobile phone and enjoy.
• Long-press Forward (4) or Backward (3) button on the device or operate on Mobile phone to the
select songs you like.
• Short-press Forward (4) or Backward (3) button to adjust volume up and down. Or adjust the
mobile phones’ volume.
•
Short-press Play/Pause button (5) on the device or operate on Mobile phone to play/pause the
music.
• Long-press TWS button (7) to disconnect the the bluetooth streaming function with the mobile device.
TWS Function:
• Turn on two identical speakers you want to pair, both under bluetooth mode. You only need to
set one of the two units.
• Short-press the TWS button (7) and the speaker will make a tone and start to pair, a tone will be
audible again and the TWS button will keep lighting after paired successfully.
• Activate the bluetooth streaming function and connect the device to your mobile phone, tablet, PC,
to play music through the two paired speakers to create a more powerful surround sound effect.
• Short-press the TWS button (7) again to exit TWS function.
Playing music from USB disk:
• Press the Power On/Off button (8) to turn the speaker on.
• Insert the USB stick into the USB port, the speaker will play the stored music automatically.
• Long-press Forward (4) or Backward (3) button to select songs you like, short-press to adjust
the volume up (4) and down (3).
• Short-press Play/Pause (5) to play or pause.
Precautions
Points to observe for safe usage
Read this manual carefully before using this device and its components.
They contain instructions on how to use this product in a safe and
effective manner. Caliber Europe BV cannot be responsible for problems
resulting from failure to observe the instructions in this manual.
Turn off the device immediately in case of a problem.
Failure to do so may cause personal injury or damage to the product.
Return it to your authorized Caliber Europe BV dealer for repairing.
Product cleaning.
Use a soft dry cloth for periodic cleaning of the product. For more
severe stains, please dampen the cloth with water only. Anything else
has the chance of dissolving the paint or damaging the plastic.
Temperature.
Ensure that the ambient temperature is between 0°C and +45°C
before turning on the device.
Maintenance.
If you have problems, do not attempt to repair the device your-
self. Return it to your Caliber Europe BV dealer for servicing.
Placement.
Place the product on a flat surface. Provide enough space
around the product for sufficient ventilation.
Heat.
Do not locate the appliance in the vicinity of a heat surface or
in direct sunlight.
Voltage.
Check the main voltage indicated on the adapter/product rating
label in accordance to the local electricity supply, if it doesn’t,
return the product to the store where you bought it.
Plug.
Remove the plug from the outlet, when the product is unused
for a long period of time and during thunderstorms.
Replace battery.
The built-in rechargeable battery is not replaceable. Do not
remove or replace the battery, do not throw in the trash or in
the fire. Use only supplied charging adapter.
