11)
Insert the newly drilled front insulation onto the anchor pins
and screw down the 4 brackets.
12)
Manifolds should be 180° rotated to be installed on the left
version.
13)
Before securing the new version of the manifold rotate 180° the
pressure gauge and safety relief valve.
Loosen the components using a wrench and turn them by
hand. Tighten the safety relief valve nut and make the pressure
gauge watertight again.
14)
To install the temperature gauges in the reversed version, pull
out the pockets and put in them in the place of the caps on the
rear of the manifold. This operation should be done on the flow
and return manifolds.
Pull out the pocket using a
22 mm hexagonal wrench and
unscrew the opposite cap with
an 18 mm hexagonal wrench.
Invert the positions of the
pocket and cap, and install
(and make watertight) both.
15)
Rotate 180° the ball valve handles to open and close in the left
version. This should be done on both ball valves.
Unscrew the upper bolt and
pull out the red control lever.
Rotate 180° the lever and
position it on the extension.
Tighten the screw.
16)
Rotate 180° the drain and fill cocks to facilitate opening and
closing during filling and maintenance. This should be done on
the dirt separator valve and drain on the lower manifold.
10)
Make holes in the front insulation (the one removed at point 6 in
the instructions), as marked, in order to fit it onto the pins in the
anchoring plate.
Loosen the nut using a 16 mm
hexagonal wrench.
Rotate 180° the valve and
tighten the nut.
