Installation of box
The box adapts to the anchoring plate that the instrument holder
manifold is mounted on.
The box must be installed after the anchoring plate has been
secured to the wall and after connecting pipes.
1)
Remove the cover from the frame.
Maintenance
A) Deaerator - dirt separator
Deaerators and dirt separators are used to continuously eliminate
the air and dirt contained in the hydraulic circuits of hydronic
systems. The air discharge capacity of these devices is very high.
They are capable of automatically removing all the air present in the
system down to the micro-bubble level. At the same time they
separate dirt and impurities contained in the water within the circuit
and collect them in the lower part of the valve body, from which they
may be expelled even when the system is running.
1)
Draining sludge
The
threaded
collection
chamber of the deaerator-dirt
separator has a ball shut-off
cock.
By using the special
safety key it is possible to drain
off the impurities even with the
system running.
2)
Cleaning the air vent
The special construction of
DISCALDIRT
®
allows
maintenance
and
cleaning
procedures to be performed
without removing the device
from
the
system.
Note
in
particular:
- Access to the moving parts
that govern the air vent is
attained by simply removing
the top cover.
- When cleaning, simply unscrew the upper bell jar after releasing
pressure from the system.
2)
Hook the frame to the
anchoring plate: to
do this, just insert all
four
bolts
in
the
corresponding holes
in the plate.
5)
Put the cover on.
3)
Tighten the nuts to assure
the stability of the frame.
4)
Connect the earth on the cover. The cover is supplied with an
earth cable.
