Appendices

Use this mode when using the standard MIDI driver provided with the operating system.

1.

With the UM-2G left unconnected, start up your computer.

Disconnect all USB cables other than those for your keyboard and mouse, and restart your
Macintosh.

2.

Exit all currently running software (applications).

3.

Set the UM-2G’s [ADVANCED DRIVER] switch to

OFF

.

4.

Connect the UM-2G to the computer.

The driver is automatically installed.
