Troubleshooting
Did you make “Performance” settings? (Windows)
You may be able to solve this problem by setting the “Performance” of the System.
Windows Vista users
1.
Open the
Control Panel
, click
System and Maintenance
, and then click
System
.
* If you’re using the Classic view, double-click the
System
icon.
2.
In the tasks shown in the left of the window, click
Advanced System Settings
.
3.
A user account control dialog box will appear; click
[Continue]
.
* If you’re asked to enter a password for an administrative account, log on to Windows as a
user whose account type is Administrator, and then make this setting again.
4.
In Performance, click
[Settings]
and then click the
Advanced
tab.
5.
Choose
Background services
, and click
[OK]
.
6.
Click
[OK]
to close
System Properties

Windows XP users
1.
Open the
