5.4 Net Conf
The default network parameters is general network which is used to dial telecommunication
carrier.The details can refer to
Appendix I, Parameters of Net Conf.
If you want to allow DTU to dial APN, you should open the APN service for SIM card. Then the
telecommunication carrier will provide corresponding information and you can configure network
parameter according to the information.

5.5 Activate Conf
It is the function to make DTU do not dial or connect server until a specific condition triggered.
