2.3.2
MAX Command
The maximum output voltage of the PreDAC unit can be set through the
command “MAX:
channel
:
value
\r\n
”. To apply the command to all the PreDAC
outputs, c
hannel
string should be
“ALL”
. If the value falls into the accepted range
(smaller than +12V) the unit replies with “ACK
\r\n
”, otherwise replies with
“NAK
\r\n
”.
Example:
MAX command set
example:
MAX:CH1:10
\r\n
ACK
\r\n
MAX:ALL:13.5
\r\n
NAK
\r\n
MAX command read
example:
MAX:CH2:?
\r\n
MAX:CH2:12
\r\n
2.3.3
MIN Command
The minimum output voltage of the PreDAC unit can be set through the
command “MIN:
channel
:
value
\r\n
”. To apply the command to all the PreDAC outputs,
c
hannel
string should be
“ALL”
. If the value falls into the accepted range (smaller, in
magnitude, than the default value of -12V) the unit replies with “ACK
\r\n
”, otherwise
replies with “NAK
\r\n
”.
Example:
MIN command set
example:
MIN:CH1:-10
\r\n
ACK
\r\n
MIN:ALL:-13.5
\r\n
NAK
\r\n
MIN command read
example:
MIN:CH2:?
\r\n
MIN:CH2:-12
\r\n
